Steve’s roots in mixology began at the age of 8 when his dad told him to pour two fingers of Cutty Sark into a glass with ice and add some water to it.

He has walked an “eclectic path” through life amassing experience in business, government, and public safety. He has always had a passion for the art of mixology, and has completed coursework, collaborated with others, and enjoyed amazing beverages.

Insured and California Responsible Beverage Service certified, Steve loves getting to know his clients, and truly enjoys sharing his knowledge through small group instruction.
